About Me !

Hello Everyone !
My name is Megan Amalfitano and I am a Youth and Development Major with a minor in Art at Rhode Island College. I started off as and Elementary Ed Major but soon realized it wasn't for me. I new that my passion would still be working with children. Not to long after I was introduced to the Youth and Development program and that it was one of the first of its kind. I was so excited because the description fit me so perfectly! I knew I was about to start something great and now being in the program I can sat it is exactly that Great ! It gives us students another opportunity to work with children but in a non school setting. I can't wait to finish my journey!
Outside of school I am a dance teacher at Carolyn Dutra. I have danced there for 17 years and have now been a teacher for the past 3 years I love it!
